What is Residential Care?

Residential Care is not like a nursing home.  People living here are just like those living in their own home.  They may come or go and enjoy life as they have in the past.  Those who live in a "Residential Care" facility enjoy the knowledge that someone is there 24 hours a day to help with medications, prepare good meals, assist with personal hygiene, and provide overall care with activities of daily living.  Seniors today can have a happy, fulfilling, life and not have to worry about getting everything "just right".

The cost of living in a "Residential Care" facility is less that you would think.  Usually about half the cost of a nursing home.  Anyone who lives in this type of facility MUST be able to make a "Path to Safety" in case of an emergency!
